If you receive any suspicious calls or messages claiming to be from our clinic, please remain alert and do not follow any instructions. You are advised to contact us directly or call Taiwan’s Anti-Fraud Hotline (165) for verification.
Please be cautious of calls with unfamiliar international prefixes such as “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, as scammers may disguise themselves as clinics, banks, or government authorities.
Do not click on unknown links or accept friend requests from unfamiliar accounts.
Common scam tactics may include claims such as duplicate orders or incorrect installment settings, followed by requests to operate online banking or ATM transactions.
If any request involves your financial account, please contact your bank directly and refuse to provide any sensitive information.
